UN reveals how Israel's most recent Gaza City offensive has affected hospitals and residents.

According to UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric, Israel's most recent evacuation orders for portions of Gaza City affect two hospitals, six medical facilities, two primary healthcare centres, and more than sixty schools that are providing shelter to displaced Palestinians.

According to Dujarric, humanitarian officials have reported that people who were previously displaced by earlier evacuation orders and fighting are being forced to flee again. The Associated Press news agency (AP) reports that staff and patients have left the hospitals located in and around the areas ordered evacuated by Israeli forces

The main humanitarian cargo route from the Karem Abu Salem crossing, which Israel refers to as the Kerem Shalom crossing, to Khan Younis city in the south of Gaza, and then on to Deir el-Balah in central Gaza is hindered, he added, by "active hostilities, damaged roads, access limitations, and the lack of public order and safety."
