Fox News reported that the 39-year-old actress was found deceased in a New York City apartment. Authorities responded to a 911 call around 8 a.m. local time and discovered her unresponsive.
The New York Police Department confirmed she was unconscious and unresponsive, and her death is not considered suspicious. The cause will be determined by the medical examiner.
